Vaccines
Preventative care is an important aspect in maintaining your pet's health. Proper vaccination is vital in protecting them against harmful disease.

We offer both core and non-core vaccinations for dogs. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Rabies Vaccine - $15/$25
This vaccination is required by law. It can be given as early as 3 months of age. We offer a 1 year vaccine ($15) and a 3 year vaccine ($25).
To be eligible for a 3 year rabies vaccine, we require proof your pet has received the vaccine previously. A rabies tag does not count as valid proof of receiving the vaccine.

DHPP Vaccine - $15/$25
This vaccine is the Canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus vaccine. It can be given as early as 6 weeks of age. All puppies and adult dogs receiving this vaccine for the first time should receive a series of boosters, which are separated by 2-4 weeks.

We offer a 1 year vaccine ($15) and a 3 year vaccine ($25).

To be eligible for a 3 year DHPP vaccine, we require proof your pet has received a full series of the vaccination previously.

Leptospirosis Vaccine - $0/$15
Leptospirosis is a bacterial disease, passed onto pets and humans in the urine of wildlife and rodents. This means it can be in water sources outdoors from a small puddle to a large lake. There is no treatment for leptospirosis and can cause kidney damage, liver damage and internal bleeding.
This vaccine can be given as early as 8 weeks of age. All puppies and adult dogs receiving this vaccine for the first time should receive a series of boosters, which are separated by 2-4 weeks.

When combined with the DHPP vaccine, the cost is $0. When given alone, the cost is $15.
​
This vaccine must be boostered yearly.

Lyme Vaccine - $35
Lyme disease is a bacterial disease that is spread by ticks. Lyme attacks the joints causing lameness and can also attack the kidneys, causing severe progressive kidney disease.
The state of PA has the largest number of dogs that are Lyme disease positive. We recommend the vaccine in conjunction with year round flea/tick prevention.

This vaccine can be given as early as 8 weeks of age. All puppies and adult dogs receiving this vaccine for the first time should receive a series of boosters, which are separated by 2-4 weeks, then again in 6 months.

We offer a 1 year vaccine ($30).

Bordetella Vaccine (Oral) - $25
Bordetella is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by a bacterial infection. This disease is also known as "Kennel Cough". We recommend this vaccine for all dogs that are going to be in contact with other dogs. Kennels and groomers frequently require this vaccine. This vaccine needs to be boostered yearly and can be given as early as 8 weeks.
We offer a 1 year, oral vaccine ($25).

Canine Influenza (H2N2/H3N8) Vaccine - $40
Canine influenza, also known as dog flu, is a highly contagious respiratory dogs caused by two type A influenza viruses, H3N8 and H3N2. This disease is also known as "dog flu".
We recommend this vaccine for all dogs that are going to be in contact with other dogs. Kennels and groomers frequently require this vaccine. This vaccine needs to be boostered yearly and can be given as early as 6 weeks.
