Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and reschedule requests must be sent to contact@fixnwagn.com or you must

call or text (724) 201-9413. 
 

This policy is subject to change at Fix’N Wag’N Inc.’s discretion.

Cancelling/Rescheduling an Appointment:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours prior to your appointment (by 9:00am three days before your appointment).

  • Any appointments cancelled after this time frame will result in you forfeiting the entire cost of your appointment.

  • Your appointment fee(s) will be repurposed as a donation to Fix'N Wag'N.

    • A donation receipt can be provided upon request.

​​TNR Reschedules:

  • There is no fee for rescheduling your appointment, we just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can fill your appointment slot.​

    • ​​You MUST cancel by 9am the day of your scheduled appointment.

    • You can only reschedule a TNR spot up to 3 times before your deposit is forfeited as a donation.

      • A donation receipt is available upon request.​

    • In order to qualify for this policy, your cat must be receiving an ear-tip and be presented in a humane trap/transfer cage.

Account Credits/TNR Credits

  • You have up to 2 months to use your original deposit/credit before it's repurposed as a donation to Fix'N Wag'N.​

    • A donation receipt can be provided upon request.​

No-Shows

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without contacting us will result in you forfeiting the entire cost of your appointment.​

    • You also risk being banned from scheduling in the future.​

  • Your appointment fee(s) will be repurposed as a donation to Fix'N Wag'N.

    • A donation receipt can be provided upon request.​

Appointments/Deposits

  • You must call our office to schedule the appointment.

  • The voucher MUST be under your name in order to schedule.

  • No deposit is required to schedule.

Cancelling/Rescheduling an Appointment:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours prior to your appointment (by 9:00am three days before your appointment).

  • Failure to reschedule or show up for your appointment without contact will result in you not being permitted to schedule anymore.

    • A donation receipt can be provided upon request.

Cancelling/Rescheduling an Appointment:

  • Due to the nature of these events, if you are receiving a discounted rate for a spay/neuter due to a promotional event, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

  • Rescheduling is not an option at the original rate.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, your appointment fee(s) will be repurposed as a donation to Fix'N Wag'N.

    • A donation receipt can be provided upon request.​
